"Bisaya/Binisaya" is to Cebuano as "Filipino" is to Tagalog. Boholanos treat Cebuanos the same way Cebuanos treat Tagalogs. Must be because Cebuanos treat the Boholanos the same way Tagalogs allegedly treat Cebuanos.
